

Please take the time to read and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to making your booking.
Fees and bookings
In order to make a booking please submit a completed booking form with payment as detailed below. The forms may be sent by mail or email. Telephone reservations may also be made but a completed form will be required. Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit (see deposits) has been received.
Deposits: All bookings must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of £50 or by negotiation with YouClimb staff.
Methods of payment: Payments may be made by cash, cheque or via paypal. Cheques must be made payable to: Rachel Higgins.
Full payment must be made either prior to the event or on the event day - this must be negotiated with YouClimb staff at the time of booking.
Cancellations
By client:
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Where a place or date can be resold to another client or cancellation is made in excess of four weeks prior to the commencement of the event, a full refund will be made minus 10% of the event cost to cover administration.
Where cancellations are made less than four weeks before the commencement of the event and the place cannot be resold to another client a refund minus 50% of the event cost will be made.
Cancellations made within one week of the event date will not qualify for a refund.
By YouClimb:
YouClimb reserve the right to cancel or alter activites at our discretion. Should we cancel an activity prior to the booking for any reason we will inform you immediately and offer a choice of a full refund or an alternative date.
Insurance:
All instructors are independently insured to cover professional liabilities resulting in damageor injury to persons or belongings. This will cover occasions where negligent behaviour can be proven. In all other circumstances it is recommended that clients have their own insurance policies to cover personal belongings. Clients are advised to arrange for accident / medical cover for activities operating uin the UK.
Safety:
All YouClimb staff are highly expereinced and qualified to run the activites offered, however the nature of some activites includes a degree of inherent risk. YouClimb and its staff cannot accept liability or responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. Participants take part at their own risk.
All equipment meets the industry reccomended standards. All equipment is supplied by leading manufacturers and is maintain to a very high standard. It is the participants responsibility to make the instructor aware of any medical conditions which may affect their ability to take part.
In all cases the instructor's decision must be abided by for reasons of individual and group safety. This could be due to weather and / surface conditions or other reasons beyond our control.
YouClimb staff reserve the right to refuse use of the wall if they judge safety to be compromised. No compensation will be offered in this case. Participants must abide to any rules of use stated by the instructors at all times.
